Fetterwoman   The creature from Somewhere Pennsylvania which, being mentally compromised from birth had a stroke which caused his physical condition to resemble his mental state. Nevertheless he was installed as a U.S. Senator through the corrupt Pennsylvania electoral system. So named because he once (or more) attempted to say "woman" or "women" (which is uncertain) while making a speech. It came out "fetterwoman".
