Dollar Tree Best Seller   Books by people who were briefly and undeservably famous but were able to get a generous advance from a publisher that allowed a ghost-written self-adulatory tome to be printed in quantity.  Without a political organinzation to make bulk purchases to make it a best-seller a lot of copies end up in Dollar Tree stores.  Most of them are former politicians who got a brief moment in the sum by being appointed to a presidential cabinet or similar level such as ambassador the the UN.
