BCRL   Black Civil Rights Leader, a term used by the Alphabet 'news' media for race hustlers, agitators and grifters such as Al Shartson and Jesse Jackson.  Marginally literate and hating anyone who isn't black, but especially white people.  The most successful (like the aforementioned) become quite wealthy and are immune to prosecution for their crimes even when a sane (Republican) administration is in charge.
